You would hardly find a country with such a glass-making tradition as the Czech Republic has. Therefore it would be a great pity not to offer the crystal products and other cut-glass objects, which were not affected by the ravages of time, to real admirers of these. On the contrary these objects gain the price with growing time, because they carry the unrepeatable atmosphere of the long past times in themselves. 

	The ancient products we offer are completely functional after an expertise restoration (general repair), after which they are able to work normally in present conditions. We provide the same guarantee to the products referred to as after the general repair as we give for new ones.

Packaging - Transport

The delivered goods (crystal chandeliers) are disassembled and packed in cardboard boxes with protective padding, so that they are less spacious and can be easily transported (by air, by bus, etc.). The packaging also comprises a warranty certificate and instructions for installation.

If you buy the goods as tourists you will not pay any customs duties.

Orders

If you make your order through our e-store and the price exceeds US$ 200, we will deliver your goods free within the Czech Republic (to your hotel, hostel, to the airport, etc.). You can also collect the goods you order directly in our Prague office.

Just fill in the registration form and choose the goods you wish to buy.
In your purchase order, select "Personal takeover in Czech Republic" and select the form of payment – "pay on delivery (spot cash)".

After you complete your order, please send us an e-mail with the number of your order (i.e. date and time of your order indicated in the left corner of your order form), together with the specification of the date, time and place where you wish to have your goods delivered (unless you want to collect the goods in our office). Please, give us at least two possible dates and times for delivery.

If you order glass through our e-store from outside the Czech Republic, please, send your order at least 14 days in advance, particularly if you order custom-made glass items.
