like. Nevertheless, by making a decision about the amount it is also
necessary to take into account the transport costs. Inevitably the larger
ordered amount mostly means lower transporting cost per one product.
Then, when you make the decision to order the products from different
production lines with different delivery times, our company will offer to
combine them into one consignment (to fill the capacity of the
transporting container), so that the transport costs are as lower as
possible.
We ship items between 7-14 days after the receipt of payment. Once the product is shipped it will arrive within 7-14 days depending upon location – please see the chart below.

Complaints
All products are controlled before we send them. If you receive damaged products or the shipment is not delivered at all, and the crystal was sent to you by airfreight or by the company FedEx (DHL, UPS), you simply have to give notice to the enterprise that delivered you the shipment. The insurance covers both of these cases. As soon as the transport enterprise indemnifies us we will send you again the pieces that were broken or that were not delivered. If you have chosen the surface freight as the way of your transportation we are able to guarantee only the delivery of the shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure the crystal that’s inside against possible damages. That is the reason why we cannot avouch for the secure shipping for all pieces you have ordered.
