How do you prevent breakage during shipment?
All pieces are wrapped individually, packed carefully into a rigid double cardboard box and insured by us. If anything does break in shipping, we'll replace the component and handle any claims with the shipping company. 

Are the chandeliers shipped already assembled? 
No they are not; crystal fixtures cannot be shipped assembled because it could result in significant damages in transit. Simple but complete instructions are included and most of the chandeliers require a simple body assembly with the hanging crystal ready to go into the fixture. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages due to the improper installation of our lighting fixtures; therefore it may be advisable to use a professional electrician. 

Do you accept returns? 
What if I don't like the chandelier once I receive it? We will gladly refund your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee, if items are returned post paid and in good condition. Returns must be made within 180 days of receipt. We don't accept returns on individual parts. We don't charge a restocking fee on exchanges. Where is your showroom located? To continually maintain our low prices we presently offer our products exclusively online.

What size light bulbs are recommended & where can I get them? 
Maximum wattages are clearly marked on all of the product descriptions. We recommend purchasing the clear bulbs; they are the best for further light refraction and help the crystal reflect its brilliance. All of our chandeliers are made to conform to the lighting requirements of the country with which it is being shipped and bulbs can be purchased at most local home stores and general product stores. 

Are the chandeliers compatible with the US electrical wiring? 
Yes, all of our chandeliers for the US market are already furnished with American electric cables SPT1 and SPT2 and also with the American standard holders E-12, 120 V, 50/60 Hz. The chandeliers are supplied without electrical bulbs. 

Where is the crystal made that goes into the chandelier?
Glass components of the chandeliers are made from press crystal. Either from Austria where the world famous Swarovski AG™ company produces the world-class, machine cut Strass™ crystal which is used in many of our fixtures. Or from the Czech Republic where master artisans at the Preciosa a.s. company continue to produce what many consider to be the world's finest machine cut crystal. Metal components are from furbished brass. 

Will you replace parts that are defective or damaged during transit?
Yes, after you send the damaged item to us for our inspection we will supply the requested damaged parts that are needed.

What is the method of shipment?
Your fixture will be shipped by International Airfreight.

How much are the shipping costs?

Do I have to pay sales tax?
All purchases, which are shipped to addresses outside of Florida, U.S.A. are not subject to sales tax. Purchases within Florida are subject to a State sales tax of 7% and should be added to the total cost of the purchase. European customers: Some countries in Europe require VAT (value added tax) to be charged in addition to our listed final price, please send us an email if you are unsure whether your purchase requires this added tax. If you know that you are required to pay the VAT, simply add it to the final price at checkout. 

How long will it take before I receive my order?
We ship items between 7-14 days after the receipt of payment. Once the product is shipped it will arrive within 7-14 days depending upon location - please see the chart below.

How do you protect my personal information?
We use an SSL (secure socket layer) encrypted server to ensure the highest security level possible while conducting transactions over the internet. While we do keep a record of your transaction in our company files, it is our policy to NEVER disclose your personal information with any third-party not required by law. 

How can you afford to sell your products at such a low price?
It's quite simple really, we cut out all of the middlemen and sell direct from the factory in the Czech Republic. By offering all of our products to the consumer through this website instead of operating a costly retail storefront, we can offer the general public wholesale prices on these gorgeous works of art! 

Do you offer a warranty?
We have the highest confidence in our products, that's why we offer a 10 year warranty on all of our products against tarnishing and factory defects. If any parts of our chandeliers show defects or tarnishes during this period, we will gladly repair or replace the chandelier free of charge.
