1. How to do shopping?
1.1 Choose the goods from our offer.
1.2 Put the goods to the shopping cart.Â
If you desided what to take, press the icon for SHOPPING CART. To get to the cart page, you can also press SHOPPING CART icon at the top of the screen. On this screen you can also delete items from your cart and enter other requirements to purchase.
1.3 Ordering
Now you must enter data required for the delivery execution: your name and address (or address of the company,
ID (business identification) and TAX ID (Tax identification) in case you purchase as a businessman) and your email (required condition of your purchase; we will send you a confirmation of receipt and subsequently the confirmation of shipping the order). When you press CONFIRM, your order will be sent for execution.
1.4 Payment Methods
We offer C.O.D. payment on take-over of the goods, paying in advance to our account number or on-line payment by credit card of MasterCard and Visa.
2. What happens after placing the order?
2.1 Order Confirmation
After receipt of the order, we will automatically send a confirmation email to you. If the goods are in stock, we will ship them immediately.
2.2 Order Shipping
If the goods are in stock, we will send them to you within 3 business days.Â
2.3 Deadline for Returning the Goods
If you order as a private person (not as a business upon I? identification number), you may in accordance with Act No. 367/2000 withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. If you decide to do so, please contact us and state in writing that you request a withdrawal from the contract with mentioning the order number, purchase date and your bank account number or address for purpose of returning money. Items to be sent back to our address must be complete (including all accessories and documentation) and in the same condition as you took it upon delivery. Please, attach a proof of purchase to the goods. Always use packing paper or cardboard packaging so that there cannot occur an event of pasting on with something, inscribing or other ways of damaging to the original packages during transport. Do not send the goods on C.O.D. delivery, we recommend that you insure the goods. The money will be refunded to your bank account after receipt of the goods at our address, usually within 5 business days.
